Audio Distribution Agreement

Welcome to Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) Audio Distribution Services.

This Audio Distribution Agreement governs the submission, distribution, management, and monetization of audio content submitted through the Zikr-e-Ilahi platform.

By submitting any audio content, artwork, lyrics, metadata, or related materials to Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production), the artist, creator, label, or rights holder agrees to be legally bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not submit content for distribution through our platform.

1. Ownership Confirmation

The submitting artist confirms that :

• They are the original creator or authorized owner of the submitted content.

• They have full legal rights to distribute the audio, vocals, lyrics, artwork, and all related materials.

• The submitted content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

The artist shall remain fully responsible for any legal dispute, ownership dispute, or copyright claim related to the submitted content.

2. Distribution Rights

Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) primarily distributes Islamic audio content, including Hamd, Naat, Manqabat, Qawwali, Nasheed, and related religious content.

By submitting content to Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production), the artist grants Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the submitted release.

These rights include :

Digital distribution
Streaming platform delivery
Monetization
Platform management
Release management
Metadata management
Content administration

The granted rights shall remain valid until the content is removed from distribution by Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) or otherwise terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Revenue & Royalties

The artist understands and agrees that :

• All revenue generated from the distributed content shall belong solely to Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).

• The artist shall have no royalty claim, payment claim, ownership claim over generated earnings, or future financial demand.

• No revenue sharing agreement exists unless separately provided in written form by Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).

By uploading content, the artist permanently waives all financial claims related to platform-generated revenue, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).

4. Copyright Responsibility

The artist accepts full responsibility for :

Copyrighted recordings
Unauthorized vocals
Third-party audio content
Lyrics ownership
Fake collaborations
Any disputed material

If any legal issue, strike, takedown request, copyright claim, ownership dispute, or platform dispute occurs, the artist shall remain solely liable.

Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) shall not be responsible for any legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from the submitted content.

5. Right To Reject Or Remove Content

Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) reserves the absolute right to :

• Approve or reject any submission.

• Remove any release from distribution.

• Edit or correct metadata when necessary.

• Suspend distribution services for any content.

• Permanently delete content that violates this Agreement or applicable platform policies.

These actions may be taken at the sole discretion of Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) without prior notice or explanation.

6. Artist Removal Requests

If the artist requests the removal of distributed content, Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) may initiate the removal process from supported streaming platforms.

However :

• Removal timelines may vary depending on the policies and processing times of individual platforms.

• Some platforms may continue displaying content for a limited period after a removal request has been submitted.

• Previously generated revenue, earnings, or platform payouts shall remain the property of Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).

Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) does not guarantee immediate removal from all platforms and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

7. Fraudulent Activity

Fake streams, bots, artificial plays, playlist manipulation, click fraud, or any other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.

If any fraudulent activity is detected or suspected:

• The affected release may be removed from distribution.

• Distribution services may be suspended or terminated.

• Future submissions may be rejected.

• The artist’s account may be permanently restricted from using Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) services.

The artist shall be solely responsible for any penalties, revenue withholding, account actions, or platform enforcement measures resulting from fraudulent activity.

8. Platform Disclaimer

Streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Instagram Music, Amazon Music, JioSaavn, and other digital service providers operate independently and maintain their own policies, review procedures, and enforcement actions.

Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) shall not be responsible for :

• Delayed releases

• Platform rejections

• Content takedowns

• Monetization issues

• Account restrictions

• Metadata modifications made by platforms

• Distributor or platform actions beyond our control

The artist acknowledges that platform approvals, removals, monetization decisions, and policy enforcement remain solely at the discretion of the respective platforms.

9. Legal Protection

The artist agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production), its owner, team members, partners, distributors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, legal actions, or expenses arising from :

• Copyright infringement claims

• Ownership disputes

• Trademark violations

• Unauthorized content submissions

• Breach of this Agreement

• Any legal dispute related to the submitted content

The artist accepts full responsibility for resolving such matters and agrees to compensate Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of the submitted content.

10. Acceptance Of Terms

By submitting audio content through the Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production) Audio Distribution Portal, the artist confirms that :

• They have read and understood this Audio Distribution Agreement in its entirety.

• They possess the legal authority to submit and distribute the content.

• They voluntarily agree to all rights, responsibilities, obligations, and conditions described in this Agreement.

• All information provided during submission is accurate and truthful.

If the artist does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must not submit content for distribution through Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).

Submission of content shall constitute full acceptance of this Agreement and all related policies published by Zikr-e-Ilahi (TBS Production).
